At the Şahin Group Processing Factory, more than 10 types of marinades from many types of aquatic products are produced and exported to suit palate tastes.
In addition, caviar from fish such as mullet and carp, especially trout (salmon) caviar, is processed fresh or frozen as an intermediate product or final product and presented to the market.
